Is the as2lib flash 6 compatible?

ActionScript 2.0 can be compiled compatible with Flash 6. Is the as2lib working Flash 6 compatible.

We don't compile the as2lib with Flash 6 because we use exceptions and other Flash 7 specific api (related to interfaces). Nevertheless it should be possible to use small parts of the as2lib without minding about Flash player compatibility, but we don't guarantee that they are or will be Flash 6 compatible. Its important for us to use this Flash 7 specific API because it contains important language features and we chose to write ActionScript 2 and not ActionScript 1.
